Horizon Forbidden West next DLC Burning Shores coming next year

Leaks and rumours plagued the internet days before The Game Awards, one of the biggest rumours circulating was the possibility of the announcement of a new DLC for Horizon Forbidden West, the action RPG from Guerrilla Games.
One of the things that reinforced the rumour was given by actor Lance Reddick, who confirmed a new motion capture session, and then insider “The Snitch” hinted the announcement via Twitter.
And once again, they were right! During The Game Awards were finally confirmed the upcoming Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores.
This expansion will follow Aloy's pursue of a sinister threat in the untamed wilds of Los Angeles, now a treacherous volcanic archipelago. She will be travelling to a dangerous new region south of the Tenakth Clan Lands, featuring a compelling storyline following from where Horizon Forbidden West ended, new characters, adventures, and more.
Details are scarce, but what we know for sure is that this DLC is coming to PlayStation 5 on April 19 2023.
