Gamers complained to the company for releasing its exclusives on more systems

PlayStation announced this week the arrival of Ghost of Tsushima on PC. The news was warmly welcomed by most gamers, believing that more people deserve to enjoy the acclaimed game from Sucker Punch Productions.

However, a part of the community is very upset and disappointed with the news. In various forums and social networks you can read criticism of PlayStation and Sony for bringing more of their exclusives to PC. Some gamers claimed to feel betrayed and there are even people who claimed that this is ruining their lives.

Release of Ghost of Tsushima on PC upsets PlayStation fans

On platforms such as Steam and the official PlayStation blog, you can read various criticisms of Sony. The reason for all of them is the arrival of Ghost of Tsushima on PC, a move that some fans of the brand consider a mistake and a betrayal.

Some people asked not to support the port for Steam and the Epic Games Store, as supposedly this way they will send a message to PlayStation. They also assured that PS5 will remain the best platform to enjoy the title.

"Sony is playing with us real fans, who bought the game back in 2020. It's a betrayal, we feel stabbed in the back. Don't support this, don't buy, let them take a loss and regret that decision. PlayStation 5 will be always the definitive platform to play Ghost of Tsushima," said one player, clearly annoyed.

Another part of the community claimed to be upset with Sony's current strategy, where PC ports are important. Several fans of the brand claimed the recently announced port is an insult to all the investment they have made in the brand over the years.

"You ruined my life, as a PlayStation gamer, you and your port begging has killed the PlayStation. Are you guys happy? You killed millions of players who invested in the best gaming console for only you to go and kill it with your port begging. When will this oppression against PlayStation gamers end?" said another person.
