Bungie is working with NetEase to create Destiny mobile
By Frida Salazar onApparently, this project has been going on for over two years

You read that one right, seems like Bungie have teamed up with one of the biggest tech companies in China, NetEase, to bring a new FPS mobile game to live or at least that is what The Game Post claims.
Seems like the media outlet spotted a LinkedIn job offer coming from the profile of one of the artists at NetEase Games who, in cooperation with Bungie, helped develop “an unannounced FPS mobile game”.
Also, TGP says that has been suggested that this unannounced Destiny Mobile game is not related to Destiny 2.
Not precisely surprised
Back in 2018, NetEase invested $100 million to become a minority shareholder in Bungie. Claiming that the deal would help it “explore new directions” and “build new worlds”.
On the other hand, last year The Game Post reported that Bungie put out several job listings for a large mobile title in the Destiny franchise, so yeah… this is not precisely new, however it confirms the rumours.
It is not a secret how interested is Bungie in building its own internal mobile game engine, trying to reach players on iOS and Android mobile platforms in different ways; and lets face it, NetEase is the specialist when it comes to mobile games.
