Back in June, during the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase, Team Ninja announced its most recent project Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. This game is a soulslike title which takes place during the Yellow Turban Rebellion in the Three Kingdoms period in China.

The Kingdoms are submerged in a dark era and infested with demons, here a nameless militia soldier will fight tirelessly for survival. Pretty neat right? Well, if you are interested in it you will be happy to know that its first gameplay trailer is out.

Swordplay? Swordplay.

This first glimpse of this sword-based game shows us graceful combat with “evasive spins and balletic leaps” and incredible animations that will impress you. Remember that this game is rooted in Chinese martial arts, so the fact that animations are flowy enough.

Additionally, it has been confirmed that the game can be tested for the first time at the Tokyo Game Show 2022, a game fair to be held this September, so in just a few weeks it will be in the hands of players to judge how amazing it is. On the other hand, there are plans to launch a demo version in the near future however there are no dates or details available yet, remember to keep an eye open for it.
