Controversial Streamer Slams GTA VI Leaks, Declares Viewers “Not Real Gamers”
xQc defended Rockstar Games from hacker group Cyberleek.

Just days before Rockstar Games is set to debut a new trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI on Netflix, the hacker collective known as Cyberleek released leaks of the highly anticipated title for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The material quickly spread across social media, sparking frustration in some parts of the gaming community.
Felix Lengyel, the controversial streamer widely known as xQc, did not hold back in his condemnation of Cyberleek and their recent GTA VI leaks. He argued that fans have patiently waited more than a decade to experience Rockstar’s latest installment, and that leaking content robs players of the game’s surprises. That’s why, he criticized those who spread the leaked materials and claimed that anyone who watches them “is not a real gamer.”
xQc Slams Cyberleek and GTA VI Leaks
The leaks from Cyberleek have continued unabated, fueled by the group’s stated mission to pressure Rockstar, PlayStation, and other industry giants into abandoning practices they deem exploitative. In a public manifesto, the hackers demanded an end to digital pre-orders, the deceptive single-player DLC, and a stronger commitment to solo experiences.
While some players are eagerly scrutinizing every new piece of leaked information, others have chosen to avoid the material altogether in order to preserve the element of surprise. xQc falls firmly into the latter camp, refusing not only to share the leaks but also openly denouncing Cyberleek.
During a recent broadcast, the Twitch streamer harshly criticized leakers, describing them as a scourge on the industry whose actions ruin videogames by sharing material on forums and social media.
With no trace of restraint, xQc vented his full frustration over the GTA VI leaks, asserting that genuine players have little interest in stolen footage as they want to enjoy the game.
From his perspective, people who share leaked content and those who enjoy watching them are harming the industry and its community.
“If you’re a leaker, you’re a fucking bitch. I don’t care who you are. It doesn’t do good for anybody. Even people that buy the game don’t want to see leaks. They want to play the game. If you do that, you are not a real gamer,” he said.

Hacker Group Targets Other Companies and Threatens Them with More Leaks
Cyberleek frames its activities as a crusade on behalf of players tired of corporate misconduct and continues targeting Rockstar Games and leaking GTA VI material.
Their strategy is leaking material without warning or negotiation, and they have already warned that other companies are in their crosshairs. In a statement, the group demanded they comply with their demands in the near term.
“Publishers should beware,” the manifesto said. “If CyberLeek can reach Rockstar, no one is safe. This is a message to all big corpo: behave, or be the next target.”
