As scheduled, a new Nintendo Indie World Showcase took place this morning. The company and its partners revealed exciting indie games coming to Switch later this year. One of the standout announcements was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate, a title with roguelike elements that will offer plenty of action and exciting combat in the universe of the popular franchise.
Switch will get a new TMNT game

In case you don't know, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate originally debuted last May for Apple Arcade, where it was well received. The game will now get a Nintendo Switch port and, at least for now, will be exclusive to that console.
The title takes players to New York, a city where strange things are happening after the appearance of multiple mysterious portals. Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo and Donatello will go into action to rescue their master Splinter, who was kidnapped by Shredder.
Thus, the heroes will once again confront the Foot Clan and its iconic villains. The title offers dynamic combats and a system of random power-ups, which will make each game different. Its mechanics are inspired by popular games such as Hades.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate for Nintendo Switch does not yet have an exact release date, but we know it will arrive sometime in July as a temporary exclusive. Below you can watch a trailer:
