Joker: Folie À Deux release date confirmed!
By Alejandro Díaz de León onThe sequel to the popular villain film will arrive on 2024

The sequel to Joker - officially titled Joker: Folie À Deux - will see the light on October 4, 2024, according to Deadline sources. This production, like the first, is expected to be released in theaters.
Few people will be surprised by this news. After all, Warner Bros. had previously announced that a new DC-based release would debut on October 4, 2024. As a result, DC fans were already speculating that this would be Joker's debut date.
What do we know so far about Folie À Deux?
So far, only Joaquin Phoenix is confirmed to repeat his role as the clown prince of crime, but Lady Gaga may be in talks to join the cast as Harleen Frances Quinzel, the psychologist who transforms into Harley Quinn. Todd Phillips returns to the writer and director seat.
It's worth noting that Gaga's version of the character has nothing in common with Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad, which last portrayed the character in the 2021 standalone sequel to the 2016's film.

According to The Post, Warner Bros. confirmed that it has decided to cancel Batgirl, so the film based on the DC Comics character will not be released in theaters or on HBO Max.
