Season 1 took its sweet time to arrive, but finally its here! And we can’t be more excited about all the things are coming to MultiVersus, new cosmetics, new modes, incredible premium rewards and new characters, among them… Morty Smith.

The grandson of the smartest man on the universe arrives to the brawler title and is already making waves with his move set and a unique battle style that has players already loving him.

Oh geez…

Morty arrives as a bruiser class character, with a move set that features a mix of skills and attacks. He can use his muscle-enhanced left arm Armothy which allows him to be a danger at both short and medium distances, also he is able to use a plumbus to move easily around the map. His special moves are "Uh, Auto-Pilot?" and "It's a Grenade, I Think" which are pretty much self explanatory. He can also whip himself at opponents and use various projectiles so you can say that he is a good all-round character.

That is not all! The trailer also shows off an Evil Morty in his President Morty variant skin which is available now as an in-game purchase.

MultiVersus Season 1 still has a couple of extra characters to introduce, Rick Sanchez (Rick & Morty), Black Adam (DC), and Stripe (Gremlins), So, we still have a lot to see, remember that the open beta, still doesn’t have an end date, however the game will continue to get updated with new characters, maps, seasonal content, and more in the months ahead.
