Pokémon Legends: Z-A is the ambitious new entry in the series, when will it debut?

As scheduled, a Pokémon Presents was held this morning with exciting announcements for fans of the popular franchise. It was a special event, as it was held to celebrate Pokémon Day. As such, there were some big reveals, including Pokémon Legends: Z-A, the new title in the series.
What is Pokémon Legends: Z-A and when will it debut?
As the name suggests, the new title will continue Pokémon Legends, a line of the franchise that began with Arceus. For now, we know that Pokémon Legends: Z-A is in development for Nintendo Switch and will debut sometime in 2025.
The project was described by Nintendo and Game Freak as an ambitious instalment of the series. For now, it is unknown what its scope and what it will look like, as it was revealed with a concept trailer. We do know that the new adventure will take place in Lumiose City.
The companies revealed that this iconic location is undergoing an urban makeover to become the ideal city for people and Pokémon to live in. In the trailer, we see various creatures from the franchise, including Pikachu. We are also given a tour of some of the city's locations. You can watch the video below:
