Fans of Starfield will be able to enjoy Shattered Space this year, an upcoming expansion that promises exciting new features. The excitement doesn't stop there, as a clue has emerged about what could be the game's second expansion.
Bethesda recently made a mysterious new trademark that could be related to the future of Starfield beyond 2024. The trademark is called Starborn, which could be the next expansion following Shattered Space.
Starborn might be the second expansion for Starfield
Shattered Space hasn't debuted yet, but it seems Bethesda is already working on more additional content for Starfield. The registration for Starborn reveals it as a trademark for use in software like video games.
Fans speculate that it could be the second expansion or a significant update for the game. This is because "Starborn" is a term used in Starfield and is related to a surprise that occurs at the end of the game.
At the time of writing, Bethesda has not commented on the new trademark , but players are convinced it points to future content for the space RPG. That said, nothing official has been announced about Starborn, and it is unlikely we will hear anything about the mysterious registration soon.
This is because Shattered Space does not yet have an exact release date. We only know it will arrive sometime this fall. The expansion will take players to investigate a dangerous cosmic threat, requiring them to travel to a new planet.
