We have received some very interesting news related to Nintendo since one of the ideas that were being worked on at the time of creating a Mario Tennis installment has just been announced: Walupeach, a new character who could be Princess Peach's nemesis, something that Shigeru Miyamoto did not take very well.
As you know, Mario and Luigi have had a continuous battle against Wario and Waluigi, 2 characters specially created to make life miserable for the most famous plumbers in the world.

However, it seems that the team behind Mario Tennis wanted to do something similar with Peach; Miyamoto didn’t accept the idea and dismissed it without thinking, considering that it would simply be another version of Doronjo, the antagonist of the popular anime series. Yatterman.
It is worth mentioning that the previous tweet was published by a user who reviewed old interviews conducted by the Japanese media Nindori in 2008, where the leader of Mario Tennis, Shugo Takahashi, revealed his idea for the new character without success.
Thanks to this situation, Takahashi was left with the desire to shape his idea, and Peach will have to settle for having Bowser as her main enemy.
What do you think of the idea of Walupeach? Tell us in the comments.
