Neil Druckmann, co-chairman of Naughty Dog, shared a special New Year's message on his social media. In it, he assures that they are preparing several things for the following months. However, he also issued a warning and asked his followers not to believe all the information circulating on the Internet.

Many believe that the creative's advice is due to a recent rumor about the future of The Last of Us. In case you don't remember, an informant assured that the third installment of the saga is already in production and that, supposedly, it will be Druckmann's next game.

Druckmann took the opportunity to thank the entire community for their continued support. He assured that at Naughty Dog, they are preparing several things for this year and that they are eager to share news about them with the players.

On the other hand, he warned the players about the information shared by insiders since he assured them that many reports circulated out there were false. Although he did not speak of a specific rumor, it is clear that he is referring to reports about The Last of Us: Part III and, possibly, those related to the future of Uncharted.

So far, Druckmann has not denied any of the recent rumors as such. So much of the community still believe that The Last of Us: Part III is quite a possibility. In fact, some of his followers asked him about the project, but the developer remained silent.

Officially, we know that the study is working on the multiplayer of the saga, which is most likely one of the projects we will see this year. We must be patient and wait to learn about Naughty Dog's plans.
