Great news for fans and future owners of the PSVR2; 11 new games were announced for PlayStation VR2, one of which is The Dark Pictures Switchback VR. This new horror adventure promises unparalleled immersion thanks to the peculiarities of the Sony peripheral.
Sony released the game's trailer just a few minutes ago, and it looks incredible! ''Experience the thrill of the most nightmarish VR roller coaster action-shooter, enhanced by the innovative features of PlayStation VR2 and set inside the sinister world of The Dark Pictures Anthology,'' the description reads.
What do we know about this game so far?
The Dark Pictures Switchback VR is a first-person shooter on tracks set in the same universe as The Dark Pictures Anthology. Between adaptive triggers, haptic feedback, and 3D Audio, the title in question is expected to allow the player to enjoy an immersive, high-scare experience in which it is possible to take advantage of motion sensors to aim and shoot with different gun ports.
Currently, there is no concrete information on target platforms, and it is not possible to know whether the game will arrive exclusively on PS5 for PlayStation VR2 owners or whether it will land on other shores. In any case, the release is expected during 2023.

Sony Announced the PSVR2 back in September, and many players got excited to see what this new powerful hardware could achieve, but we have to be patient to try it out.
