One of the biggest releases of 2023 is The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the sequel to the game Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which was released in 2017.

It has been many years since they announced the sequel, and it also happened that once the title was delayed; however, it seems that now everything continues in order; the great Nintendo project has already been classified by the ESRB, the body in charge of this in North America and other regions of this continent.

Until now, the game has not had a fixed rating because Nintendo has not yet had a chance to submit it to the ESRB for review. In fact, a few days ago, it was classified for the first time, precisely through a Korean organization.

We know that the rating process has reached the ESRB thanks to the game's page on Nintendo eShop, which now has a defined rating from the ESRB.

As expected, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom earned the same rating as its predecessor, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, with Everyone +10.

This means that "the content is generally suitable for ages 10 and over. It may contain more cartoon, fantasy, mild violence, mild language, or suggestive themes."

This means that ESRB officials have already had the opportunity to play the title or a preview version. While this doesn't mean there won't be further delays, it is common for grading to take place months before the release, and there is usually no room for further delays.
