Fortnite servers go down and players go into crisis
By Mary Roots onIt was not a good night for Battle Royale fans

Last night thousands of gamers worldwide who wanted to relax at night with some Fortnite games began to experience problems, such as lag spikes or even crashes causing the game to close completely.
As expected, within minutes of those bugs, the game trended on Twitter, with thousands of users reporting the servers down. Among the same users, they began to share screenshots of how some spent large amounts of time waiting to obtain the object of a purchase they had just made or even how some reported that they could not access the game.
Of course, the community memes could not be missing either:
Through the official Battle Royale Twitter account, they announced that the servers were indeed experiencing problems. They promised to fix it as soon as possible so players could continue playing without problems.
Thankfully, it didn't take long to fix the issue, and fans of the game were able to continue their late-night games to end the day.
