“It's trolling us”: PlayStation reveals surprise about Bloodborne and disappoints its fans
By Daniel Laguna onAn upcoming release from the company will have a cool reference to the franchise

Despite multiple requests for the return of Bloodborne, PlayStation has remained silent for years about the future of the franchise. To everyone's surprise, the company remembered the acclaimed PS4 game and revealed a surprise for all its fans.
However, not all players are excited. In fact, some people were disappointed, feeling that PlayStation is trolling them. The reason? Astro Bot will have a cool reference to Bloodborne and its protagonist.
Astro Bot will have a cool nod to Bloodborne

Astro Bot, the upcoming game from Team ASOBI, will include countless references to popular PlayStation franchises. The development team remembered Bloodborne fans, so they designed a Hunter outfit for the charismatic robot who stars in the platformer.
Of course, this didn't go unnoticed by fans, who celebrated the reference in the latest installment of Astro Bot. However, other fans were disappointed, believing that this nod is the only way PlayStation will remember the franchise.
A video showing Astro wearing the Hunter outfit divided players' opinions. Some consider the reference a kind of trolling by the company, which knows full well the desire for a re-release, remaster, or even a sequel to Bloodborne.
Part of the community simply joked and said that the game remaster looks great, but the protagonist looks a bit strange. Some hold out hope and think that seeing something from Bloodborne in Astro Bot is a good sign for the future of the saga.
The Yharnam Tourist outfit will be available to players who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition of Astro Bot. Below, you can watch the video showcasing the collectible:
