Netflix Cowboy Bebop’s live-action nominated for an Emmy

Netflix's live-action version of Cowboy Bebop wasn’t what you call a success, it was abruptly cancelled by Netflix less than a month after the premiere of its first and only season. Surprisingly this adaptation ended up with an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Main Title Design.
The adaptation shares nomination with Candy (Hulu), Foundation (Apple TV+), Lisey's Story (Apple TV+), Only Murders In The Building (Hulu), Pachinko (Apple TV+), and Severance (Apple TV).
The main title sequence of this live-action is a recreation of the anime’s original intro, it even uses the original song TANK! by Yoko Kanno, which many people have argued doesn’t deserve a nomination for a reused idea.
We understand their point of view, however, is natural (and kinda sad) for a big production to be noticed instead of the source material. However, is good news that even if the show's run was short-lived, now is being recognized for its production quality.
