Street Fighter 6 continues to expand its roster of fighters, and this time there is significant news, as the next fighter is ready to arrive and will do so in grand style, including a new and vibrant stage where you can play in its various game modes.

Ed is back in Street Fighter 6

Through a press release, Capcom announced the arrival of Ed, a boxer with psychic powers, in Street Fighter 6, scheduled for February 27. Ed made his debut in Street Fighter V and will return in the latest installment of Capcom's fighting franchise, becoming the 21st character on the roster and available in World Tour, Fighting Ground, and Battle Hub modes.

As you can see in the presentation and gameplay trailer, Ed is not only found on the streets of Metro City fighting against the Mad Gear gang but will also arrive in Street Fighter 6 with an impressive stage, Ruined Laboratory, which reflects his escape from the dictatorial regime of Shadaloo, whose human research complex is now destroyed after the fall of M. Bison.

Ed will have 5 knockout moves and will be automatically unlocked for players with the Year 1 Character Pass, Year 1 Ultimate Pass, Deluxe Edition, or Definitive Edition of Street Fighter 6.
