We knew The Outlast Trials were part of the lineup at Gamescom 2022, however we didn’t know how epic the announcements would be. First of all, almost at the end of the stream a new trailer showed up full of blood and crazy mutilations… as you already know.
But then the unexpected happened, the closed beta were announced and while you can’t register yet, at least we got a date the closed beta will be taking place from October 28 to Nov. 1st this year.
That is what we know so far, but keep an eye open for future updates and the date for the register opens.
If you are not familiar with this new title, The Outlast Trials is aiming to give players a brand new experience but with the Outlast flavor fans know and love. Set in the Cold War, unwilling volunteers have been recruited by The Murkoff Corporation to test new methods of brainwashing and mind control. Work alongside your friends in a world of distrust, fear, and violence and attempt to survive The Outlast Trials.
