New Tales from the Borderlands is the long-awaited follow-up of Tales from the Borderlands with a new group of characters, which is set to arrive on October 21 and it's natural, that in the next couple of weeks we will be seeing a lot of new details regarding this project this time being developed by Gearbox Studios.

Today, we got our first glimpse of the gameplay so you can familiarize yourself with our new protagonists Anu, Octavio, and Fran. The clip shows us over 18 minutes where the characters must travel through the sewers of Promethea, racing against Tediore to open a dormant Vault.

Fans still need more

As you may already hear before, many fans wanted this game to be a direct sequel to the last game Tales from the Borderlands developed by developer TellTales Studio, as its characters made fans fall in love with the episodic graphic adventure.

However, this one seems to be as promising as the first, set about a year after Borderlands 3, weapon manufacturer Tediore has begun invading the planet Promethea where our three protagonists try to find a vault key that may grant them access to a vault stashed with treasures that may change their lives forever, sadly the adventure is not easy as they will fight against Tediore agents, as well as monsters and criminals that roam the planet.
